Eunice Njoroge

My name is Eunice Wanjiku Njoroge, I live in Nairobi, Kenya. I graduated from the University of Nairobi in 2018 where I pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology.I scored a Second Class honors, Upper Division. I have worked in customer facing roles since I was in college. This has allowed me to grow my customer service and sales expertise over the years. I have progressively worked on my communication skills, negotiation skills, and giving an inviting attitude. I have worked with different companies and this has allowed me to be a fast learner in the sector a company focuses on, and I am also able to work with different natures of coworkers. In my current job at Safaricom I have exercised my technical problem solving skills using multiple data bases in my companys software. I have practiced quick thinking and escalation of issues to the right channels. I also handle all kinds of temperaments when it comes to the customers personalities while giving uniform care.
