About Me
I am a 25 year old Massachusetts native out here in L.A. I have my degree in Psychology/Education and I am working towards my life coaching certification. I have played drums since I was 16 and saxophone since I was 10 and offer beginner lessons in both! I am a still relatively new vegetarian and have taught myself to cook both vegan and vegetarian. I do know how to cook with meat still, I just don't eat it. i can also teach you how to meal prep properly to set you up for success! I help run two social media pages for the 2 studios I work for as well, so if you need help building your brand, im your guy! I also love working out and staying active. I can teach you how to begin lifting properly, train you for sports like boxing, basketball, football, and baseball, and teach beginners yoga!
