I am Faiza. I have done my masters in mass communication. I have total work experience of four years. I have worked in Nayatel for 3 years as customer service representative which involved call handling , email and SMS chat support as well . Previously i started my first job in roots ivy as assistant curriculum head which involves making of English curriculums from grade 1 till 7 . I have also work experience of FM 89.4 radio which involves working as radio broadcaster. In all my job platforms i have been a promising hardworking candidate who is willing to learn new things, exposure to all types of multitasking. I am hardworking and consistent worker .
