Four years ago, I worked as technical support, where the job provided me with experience in SQL queries, manual testing, case analysis, server monitoring using Grafana, Datadog, and Elastic, data migration, and automation tools with Postman. I also had a stint in the Quality Assurance team.
Currently, I work as a Customer Support Specialist in the field of web hosting, where my job involves interacting with customers and troubleshooting their issues. This includes analyzing and providing service recommendations to customers based on their needs, handling administrative tasks related to invoices and making service adjustments for services that are not immediately active due to system failures, and providing technical support to customers regarding hosting, VPS, email, SSL, and domains through tickets and chat.
