My name is Hamza Asad. I gain 2 years of experience in Road Designs Analysis, Site Supervision and Quality Control in Public Sector and 4 years experience in Building Design, Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying, Project Management, Structure Design Analysis in Private Sector and prepration of Construction Documents according to building regulations and specifications.

I will Design 2D Floor Plan, Elevation Plan, Section Plan, Site Plan, Block Plan, preparing complete Submission Drawing which includes Sub Structure Design and Super Structure Design, 3d Modeling and Exterior Rendering of Residential, Commercial and Workspace Projects on the behalf of International Standards. Im proficient in AutoCAD 2D+3D Civil Architecture, 2D and 3D Floor Plans 3D Modeling & Texturing, 3D Lightening & Rendering using AutoCAD, 3D Max, V Ray Lumion and Photoshop.

I also prepare Construction Documents using MS Excell for Material Quantity Analysis, Bill of Quantities and prepration of Bar Bending SchedulesBBS for steel calculations.
