Key Responsibilities:

Data Input: Accurately transcribe information from various sources e.g., paper documents, online forms into digital formats, including spreadsheets and databases.
Data Verification: Review and validate data entries to ensure correctness and completeness. Identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
Record Maintenance: Organize and manage data files and records to facilitate easy retrieval and access. Ensure data is systematically archived and updated.
Report Generation: Create and compile reports based on the data entered. Assist in generating summaries and analytical reports as required.
System Management: Utilize data entry software and tools effectively. Maintain and update databases and ensure data security.
