I worked at Trybe, an edTech offering web development courses with financing that allowed students to pay only after securing a job with a certain salary. Initially, students lacked easy access to their contractual data, and Trybe provided spreadsheets upon request. With nearly 500 spreadsheets managed by one person, this process became unsustainable.

To address this, we prioritized a project to display these data directly on the platform, improving transparency and saving team time. Spreadsheet management consumed about 40 hours monthly, so we developed an Elixir API to process and store data.

Development began in January 2023, with the first version launching in March. We integrated the page into the main product to streamline infrastructure. I was the sole front end developer, using React, hooks, Stitches for CSS in JS, and Jest/RTL for testing. We launched the page in phases, starting with 11 users and expanding to over 4,000, enhancing transparency and optimizing operations.
