I am self motivated, flexible and able to work in any demanding operational environment. I love what I do. I strive to be the best in the industry, this attitude gives me an appreciation of the bigger business picture, and not just a company’s IT requirements.

I am currently employed by a Japanese company, where my duties involve me writing scripts, applications and documentations, client communication, taking care of scrum based tasks to automate development tasks, leading team sometimes not only as a Team Leader, but also as a Tech Lead to do the followings:
• Lead a small/medium development team
• Designing software architecture and RDBMS
• Choose the right framework/tools for the development
• Security, optimization, re usability and code documentation
• Technical sessions and consulting on tools & technologies with both the team members and project managers

I consider myself to be highly motivated and able to handle a broad range of tasks, have good problem solving abilities.
