With over 5+ years of IT industry experience in software testing with an ISTQB® CTFL certificate and as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Hitachi Digital Payment Solutions Ltd., I am actively involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC, ensuring the quality and reliability of fintech products and services. I analyze system and business requirements, design and develop test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts, and perform manual testing using the Testlink tool.

I also manage the entire QA process, from bug detection to UAT release, working collaboratively with other testers, developers, and tech leads. I use data analysis, debugging, and reporting skills to identify, track, and resolve issues prior to production. I have successfully contributed to multiple projects, such as a large contract with a leading bank and a significant enhancement of a payment gateway feature.

I graduated with a B.Sc. Hons. Degree in Information Technology from the Univers
