Isah Rashidat

I am Yunusa Rashidat Isah a graduate of science laboratory technology biology/microbiology option from federal polytechnic Idah. I gathered several experiences in different institutions and organisations ranging from teaching, front desk officer, marketer and customer care representative .
As a front desk officer we serve as the first pointer where we receive customers, register them and attend to their needs satisfactorily .
To do these work effectively I have to apply my humility, listening and problem solving skills so as to meet with customers demands and serve them better and efficiently.
Because of my skills some customers would call to speak with me because of how I handle their demands even with empathy when needs be.
In my possession I have a laptop and smartphone which can contain all necessary work tools that can help me work remotely. Am am fast typist and a copy typist.
I work with time and am a trust worthy person. Am a team leader. I love to work hard and new things.
