I am a seasoned professional certified licensed teacher and project manager.
Presently, I worked with a domestic airline as a Duty officer. I oversaw all flight operations in association to arriving and departing flights. I resolved customers tickets issues with flight cancellations by addressing and pacifying customers, coordinates check in and boarding of passengers, facilitation of customers to aircraft side, attending to fuelling of the aircraft, cleaning of the aircraft and appointed triple AAA person for baggage reconciliation and periodic preparation of weight and balance loadsheet.
In addition to the above, I also manage a distance learning programme in affiliation to Federal College of Education Technical Akoka as part time or weekend programme. I am a principal Co coordinator/Lecturer. I also do a freelance job with British council as a venue staff Invigilator.
Over the years I had developed skills such as organisational skills, leadership skills and customer service skills
