first of all I want to thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself, I want you to call me Nora as my nickname, I already experienced how to be a customer service representative and technical support representative in Convergys for almost 2 years handled Microsoft and Verizon Account and now I am working as a technical support in Alorica Philippines here in Lipa City Batangas as a Comcast Repair. I really love and find the job so interesting not only I am learning but resolving the cx's issue makes me feel complete, getting their positive feedback towards me is actually challenging me to continue performing well, It's not that easy if cx's really aggravated but you have to listen and make them feel that you are really concern. don't just make an empathy statement, make them feel that you are not a robot by acknowledging their issues and concern, My hobby is listening song.
