I am a qualified and skilled Quality Control Analyst and Microbiologist working in the vaccine manufacturing and development arena. I have grown immensely within the role of Microbiologist focusing on vaccine product immunoassays and biological testing, microbiological quality control testing and the development of quality management systems in sterile manufacturing for current or candidate vaccine products. I have developed and implemented a Quality Management System that meet cGLP expectations of the R&D laboratory that I engaged with. I compiled all documents which included the handling, welfare and sample collection of preclinical test subjects.

I obtained my BSc Microbiology degree in 2016 from the University of Pretoria and I am WES verified. I have since worked at The Biovac Institue, Aspen Pharmacare and Eyam Vaccines and Immunotherapeutics, forerunners in covid vaccine manufacturing and development, each playing key roles in the pandemic we were faced with in 2020.
