Japril Yap

I am Japril Yap, 27 years old and I studied Major in Banking and Finance. I am friendly, loving, loyal and a dedicated employee. I’m passionate about this industry and I’m driven to deliver high-quality work. I also bring the additional quality of strong analytical and problem solving ability. I am a fast learner and meticulous. Learning and growth are important values to me. I sincerely believe I am the right person for this job. I was a Customer Support Specialist both voice and non-voice for almost 4 to 5 years and a Virtual Assistant for 2 years. My task is to give information, email handling, assisting members filing a case, queries, billing, feedback, complaints, dealing some administrative tasks and technical stuffs. I also worked in a travel agency for 1 year. I can say that I am a good employee since I never give up to a task given by our Supervisor and I can work more than 8 hours a day.
