I am a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor who is passionate about my work. I have worked for several industries such as logistics, retail, and BPO. Ive been working at home since 2020 and I have more than 5 years of customer service experience.

I attended online training for bookkeeping to be proficient with QuickBooks and social media marketing with basic video editing, content creation, scheduling, Email management, and lead generation to expand my horizon. I learned how to navigate Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, and Slack.

I am a dedicated, hard working, fast learner, and a team player. I strive for a positive workplace but can also work under pressure. I am an all rounder. I can start as soon as got hired.

In my current job, my responsibility is to proactively monitor and resolve critical at risk shipments and notify clients through email and outbound calls providing the proper resolution promptly.
