I’m Jay Gatpandan, a licensed Customs Broker and a virtual assistant with a wide knowledge of international trade, shipping, and logistics transactions. I’m experienced with google workspace and outlook for scheduling, communication and collaborative works. I have a good understanding of real estate transactions and can perform transaction coordination and lead generation.
I used to do sales and marketing with my previous employers and gained noticeable good results with it. Im customer driven and always aim to attend to customers concerns and inquiries. I’ve done professional meetings with huge individuals and high ranking people and closed deals with them.
Being a Team leader in a 24/7 work set up enhanced my team management skills. I’m fully dedicated to what I do and always strive to master my work craft. I’m confident that I’m a fast learner, can adapt to new systems and processes, and have the willingness to learn the necessary for my growth and for my employer’s growth.
