I have over three years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, primarily in the airline industry. Ive honed my skills in handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, and resolving issues with a focus on providing excellent service. Currently, I work at Foundever, where I support Virgin Australia. My responsibilities include assisting guests with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and providing support to travel agencies. I manage both inbound and outbound calls, as well as email support, which has helped me develop strong multitasking abilities and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
