I possess more than 9 years of progressive experience in the Customer Service, Sales and Technical Support field at Convergys Philippines Incorporated. As a Team Leader, my responsibilities include coordinating workloads and supervising teams. I assisted in the successful completion of Comcast cross-training program which allows me to work successfully in sales and service. My manager also relies on my ability to solve customer and employees issues in a timely and efficient manner.
I am focused on turning customers into company’s brand ambassador by meeting customer needs—and even surprising and delighting them, deliver not just what they need, but what they want, or what they hadn’t even thought of. My goal in every customer interaction is to establish brand commitment. A continuum of engagement, where customers move across a spectrum from rational responses to deeply emotional ones. A level where customers will unabashedly love the company and its product.
