Hello, my name is John. Im a former Backend Support Specialist for a telecom company here in the Philippines. With a passion for Doing technical support on field technicians and engineers using App Sheet, Email and Zendesk. Throughout my career. Ive honed my skills in Installation, Delivery, Power tapping, cable grooming as well as configuration of telecommunication equipment’s used for data transport, Data centers and wireless networks. Im excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise to your company.
In addition to my technical skills, I also value collaboration and communication. I believe in the power of teamwork to achieve great results, and Im always eager to learn from others and contribute to a positive work environment and I’m also willing to learn and train the skills needed.
Outside of work, I enjoy riding my motorcycle and going to the mall with my daughter.
