Over the years, I’ve built a career that’s as dynamic as my interests, from managing teams and streamlining operations to navigating complex workflows and engaging directly with people.

Right now, I work as an Office/Insurance Administrator at Country Financial Insurance. Every day brings a mix of responsibilities, from running the office and leading a fantastic team of five to helping clients understand their insurance needs. Technology plays a big role in how I operate—I’m adept with Mac OS X and use AI tools like ChatGPT to make communication more efficient and personalized. It’s rewarding to help people while finding smarter ways to work.

Before this role, I explored different industries, all of which taught me valuable lessons. At F.E. Moran, I managed fast paced customer troubleshooting, which sharpened my focus under pressure.
