After earning my bachelor’s degree in 2009, I worked in a BPO company for 6 years as customer service agent in a telecommunications company and recommended to be an Assistant Supervisor. After 2015 I applied to another company and get hired. I worked as a medical records specialist from a healthcare account Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, AppleCare etc I also had a full knowledge on HIPAA. I requests medical record, scheduling and appointment setting, I was transitioned to another account under for a US collection agency, I was promoted to be a Quality Analyst for 1 year. With 2 kids, I need to give time to my family, so I applied a work from home job, and have been working with them for 3 years as a chat support agent. I am currently rendering my job, and I hope to secure the position where I can put my experience and skills to good use and to ensure that the company’s quality standards are consistently organized.
