I have been in the customer service industry for 10 years already and 7 yrs. of that is for a Chat Customer Support. With my last employment, what we do there is that we support customers through a live chat platform. We assist them with their enquires, it could be an account issue, modification, billing issue and some sort of technical issue but we only do basic troubleshooting. We are also doing some basic troubleshooting steps but if it gets more complex then we transfer it over to our technical team.

I am interested in the position because I know that I can contribute my skillset and my acknowledge from my recent employment as a live chat support. I can rate my English skills as[removed]I believe I am great into communications and speaking to customers even in chat and can easily understand my customers queries. Can also then adapt into my customers mood and give out the proper responses depending on the situation. depending on the operational requirement.
