My current position at AA&R Investment Group involves resolving technical issues with systems used by staff picking end user tickets and addressing hardware issues. I have been responsible for reviewing accounts, assisting with troubleshooting, and subscription issues among issues that were resolved over chat to resolve technical issues. Having garnered experience as IT personnel I am now ready to move on to a new role.
