Hello, my name is Iqbal Kashif and I am an experienced IT administrator and Level 3 support professional. In my current remote role working from Saudi Arabia, I am responsible for managing the day to day operations of our organizations IT infrastructure and providing advanced technical support.

Administering and monitoring our servers, networks, databases, and cloud based systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
Implementing and managing security protocols, firewalls, and access controls to protect our data and systems
Troubleshooting complex technical issues escalated from lower level support, and providing in depth analysis and resolutions
Coordinating with cross functional teams to plan and execute major IT projects, upgrades, and initiatives

Providing expert level support and training to end users on advanced software, tools.
