Ive been in the BPO industry for 10 years, starting as a Chart Retrieval Specialist I started as a Chart Retrieval Specialist, where I retrieved medical records on behalf of healthcare facilities for HIPAA or DOH grading, similar to rating hotels based on their service quality. This role helped me develop a strong attention to detail.

I then transitioned into a Customer Service Sales Representative role, where I answered customer questions and queries, resolved concerns, provided technical support, explained bills, set up accounts for new customers, offered products and services, and retained customers that are planning to cancel. This experience honed my communication skills, problem solving skills, provide world class customer service experience, ability to build trust with customers while achieving sales targets.
