Krittika Singh

Krittika has always been fascinated by the interplay between business and psychology, which led her to peruse a double masters – an MA in Applied Psychology from Delhi University and an MBA from Cardiff University UK.
Through various roles she has held over her career, she has gained expertise in designing and delivering solutions in the space of Learning and Organisational Development, through roles as both a service provider, as well as within corporates.
Interventions include, design and delivery of learning programs and journeys, high potential programs, competency mapping, succession planning, assessment and development centres. Her foundations in Psychology enable her to have a deep understanding of psychometrics and other assessment
tools, including being certified in OPQ32 SHL and Everything DiSC Wiley. She has designed learning journeys across all org levels - frontline, supervisory and managerial levels and leadership for a broad range of soft skills interventions.
