I am a dedicated educator with a Ph.D. in Management and over two decades of experience in academia and industry. My passion for teaching and my commitment to quality have driven me to excel in both roles.

As an Assistant Professor at Cavite State University, I have taught business management courses, mentored students, and conducted research on various topics related to management and quality. My dedication to my students and my field is evident in my numerous awards and achievements, including a Best Abstract Award for my community research.
