Hello everyone, my name is Lateefa and Im from Hyderabad. I have experience working in customer care and telecommunications.
At TBSS, I served as a customer care executive, managing new subscription leads, explaining subscription packages, and handling monthly, quarterly, and annual charges.
Afterward, I joined Deepija Telecom Pvt Ltd, 2019 a telecommunications company. As an Inside Executive, my role involved outbound client communication, data mining across various industries and platforms like Google and social media, and pitching our companys solutions to clients. I coordinated business arrangements, arranged demos, negotiated pricing, and provided follow ups to close deals. For on premise clients, I forwarded leads to sales managers and field services.
I also managed inbound inquiries from our website, WhatsApp, and platforms like India Mart. I verified leads, assigned them to the appropriate sales managers, and personally closed leads from smaller sectors.
