About Me
I am an Associate graduate in business office administration services who attended on the job training at The Generics Pharmacy. From there, I was absorb as an HR assistant. As an HR assistant, my primary responsibilities include managing employee schedules, entering daily time records in Microsoft Excel, and assisting with payroll processing.
After two years, I decided to shift to the BPO industry to advance my career. I have five years of experience as a customer service representative, handling financial accounts as well as taking inbound calls to clients to answer questions about their transactions. I also assist them with payment processing, disputes, and reporting fraudulent transactions. I also accepted the Healthcare account to pursue and develop a new career in a different organization for another two years.
I generally assist and educate them about their medical and pharmaceutical inquiries.
