About Me
Hello, my name is Oksanna, and I’m excited to be here today to discuss the Junior HR Generalist position at Glovo. To give you a bit of background about myself, I hold a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Yerevan State University, and I also completed a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature, with English as my second language.
I bring over a year of HR experience as a Recruiter with Ador Factory, where I managed a range of tasks, from writing job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and handling onboarding and termination documentation. I streamlined parts of the recruitment process, which reduced hiring times and improved the candidate experience. Earlier, I gained professional experience at Majorel Armenia, where I worked as a customer service specialist in a high paced environment, managing international clients from France, Belgium, and Malta.
