Over the past 12 years in the customer service industry, I’ve had the privilege of working with both startups and established companies. When I began my journey, I have learned how to properly assist customers by active listening and understanding what their query is.
As a customer myself, I always make sure that I know where they are coming from. I ask concise questions to possibly get to the root cause of their concern. Patience and empathy are important in delivering a great customer service experience.
