I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science in Industrial Psychology and Psychology from the University of the Free State. My background has given me a strong foundation in understanding people, team dynamics, and strategic planning—skills that are essential in business development.

Throughout my leadership and administrative roles, I’ve successfully recruited, trained, and managed teams, built partnerships with key stakeholders, and led initiatives that improved engagement and operational efficiency. For example, as Director of Community Engagement, I spearheaded projects that mobilized over 50 volunteers, strengthened relationships with stakeholders, and enhanced team performance.
