I am a motivated Junior QA Engineer with a keen interest in software testing and quality assurance. As a fast learner, I quickly adapt to new tools and methodologies, making me an asset in dynamic and evolving environments. My best skill lies in bug tracking and reporting, ensuring that issues are identified, documented, and addressed efficiently. I have hands on experience with JIRA for bug tracking, Confluence for documentation, and a basic understanding of Excel for data management. Additionally, I am familiar with QTest for managing test cases and test execution, Google Docs for real time document collaboration, and Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word for documenting test cases,
plans, and results. For team communication and collaboration, I use Microsoft Teams.
In my approach to QA, I employ a range of methodologies, including Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Exploratory Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing UAT, Defect Management, and Reporting.
