For the past five years, I have honed my customer service skills while working in various settings. Whether it was handling inquiries, resolving complaints, or providing exceptional support, my commitment to delivering excellent service has always been at the forefront of my work. More recently, I embarked on a new journey as a medical virtual assistant, where I have had the opportunity to merge my customer service expertise with healthcare support. This transition has been incredibly fulfilling, as it has allowed me to apply my passion for helping others in the field of healthcare. As a medical virtual assistant, I have provided remote administrative and patient support, assisting healthcare professionals and patients in navigating various aspects of their care.
