My professional journey began in 2012 when I ventured into the world of customer service. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with renowned BPO companies such as TaskUs, Stream, Teletech, and Qualfon. Throughout my tenure, I have excelled in providing exceptional voice, chat, and email support, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of assistance.

Since the pandemic, I have been working as a Customer Support Virtual Assistant, managing a US client. This position has enabled me to enhance my customer service skills and gain a thorough understanding of the specific needs of the US market. My responsibilities include resolving issues with ordered items, processing replacements and refunds. Additionally, I have over a year of experience as a chat and email support retention specialist, assisting clients who wish to cancel their memberships.
