I have four years of customer service experience including chat, email, over the phone, and 3 years of customer service experience in person, two years of experience in sales inbound, outbound, and through chat, and a year and five months with debt collections and skip tracing outbound and inbound. For the last 5 years , I have been using Salesforce, CACS, PCOMM, DST, Noble, speedpay, 411.com, and yellow pages.com to pull up customer’s account, update information, leaving notation, process payments and extensions, resend bill through email or mailing address, and skip trace.

I also have an experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and, my new best friend, Google drive to convert PDF files to word, and save some important personal files and folders.

I am dynamic, customer relation enthusiast, hard working and a self-motivated achiever with a razor-sharp efficiency. I am a type of person who does not settle for mediocre because I always make sure that I bring out the best.
