About Me
Hi, I'm Mary Grace Perez, 27. I worked as a virtual assistant for 10 months and as an English Online Tutor for 3 yrs and 6 months. Before having those jobs I worked in a call center for a year as a customer service representative. With my previous jobs I was able to deal with different people with different personalities. I always made sure that I gave them quality service. I finished Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Bachelors of Science in Secondary Education. I trained as an IELTS tutor as well. With skills I believe I can help in organizing business schedules, reply to emails and the like. I would be more than willing to undergo a training for further learning and of course improvement.
