I have over 5 years’ experience in extensive call centre in the Sales field. In my previous role, working as a Team Leader at Partner Hero, leading a customer care team based in the AU servicing the UK region and my duties include, but not limited to helping to establish processes and procedures with the growing business of the partner by developing an understanding of the process, business and support interaction and creating process suggestions leading to better business outcomes, providing constant valuable feedback for all stakeholders Program Manager, Partner, and Associates and leading weekly team meetings or hurdles.
I am currently working as an Assistant Claims Manager at EXL in George, working under an American campaign under their reputable US insurance company. Under the First notice of loss department.
I obtained RE5 Regulatory Certificate from Moonstone in Pretoria.
Customer service is my passion. It is the root of where all my customer experience comes from .
