About Me
I have 7-year experience in transcription, and 4-year experience in doing data entry. I can do medical, financial, and general transcripts. In my previous company, Dial-A-Note, I worked as an Account Officer-In-Charge where I handled one account, and assisted our clients with their needs and concerns regarding transcription and data entry. I also did CRM entry using DST SalesConnect and Salesforce.com. I'm a goal-oriented worker and I always make sure that I will meet my deadlines. I have typing skills of[removed]wpm with the accuracy of 98%-100%. In transcription, my TAT for a one-hour audio is within 24 hours or less. I'm not perfect in speaking English language, but I can communicate well. I'm not only determined to finish all of my projects, but also to satisfy the needs of my clients.
