Currently working as Senior System Engineer at AgnoShin Technologies, a leading provider of IT solutions and services in India. I have successfully implemented and managed multiple call center projects for various customers, using Avaya technology, CMS, SMGR, AWFO, Atlas, POM, and VMWare ESXi Server. I have also coordinated with project managers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT solutions and services.

As a Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ 104 & Office365 Administration certified professional, I have a strong knowledge and skills in cloud computing, network administration, and IT infrastructure development and maintenance. I have also contributed to preparing annual IT plans and budgets, providing system and network security support, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and training and developing IT staff and users.
