Menard Condino

From a small town in Capiz, Philippines, Menard O. Condino grew up dreaming of becoming an architect, inspired by buildings he saw on TV and in magazines. Despite coming from a impoverished family, he was determined to pursue his passion, sketching buildings in his notebook and vowing to wait until his father could afford to send him to college.

In 2015, Menard passed the Architecture Licensure Board Examination on his first attempt. Lacking networks and privileges, he resigned from a well paying corporate job to start his own path in architecture. Despite numerous rejections and setbacks, he remained resilient and passionate.

Years later, he began to gain recognition, collaborating with clients who admired his dedication and talent. Today, Ar. Menard is celebrated for his perseverance and passion, grateful for the collaborations that have enriched his journey. He continues to enhance lives through his architectural knowledge, staying true to his dreams and aspirations.
