Hi, my name is Meriella Balajadia, currently residing from Dasmariñas City, Cavite 25 years old and a solo child. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration last[removed]I started working in a BPO company same year after i graduated that was November[removed]I handled collections account with Citibank it is an inbound call. They are calling regarding their credit cards mostly US customers. During production, i was able to handled outbound call as well so we need to call them regarding their incoming due dates or any promos that we can offer to them and they can take advantage. My other working experiences is a course related job but most of the time is client based so i am interacting with clients/people ever since i started working. Currently, i am a Customer Service Associate in a BPO company but we offer freight forwarding software, so we handling different shipments particularly going to USA.
