Im Marynel Reyes, Im from Malvar Batangas, Im 42 with 3 kids, Im a graduate of BSCS major in mngt. Ive been in BPO industry for 5 years and my 1st BPO company is Alorica Phils. in Lipa, my 2 years in lipa was a quite tough since its my first BPO job, Ive been with a lot of training under Amazon account. We do calls and chats to assist the cx issues. then during pandemic Im one of the employees whove been offered to go work from home and transfer to Alorica Makati sites, under Doordash account we also do chat, call and emails at the same time I also do have a work as a partime job under Stealth Mode three its a hybrid account we do chat, calls and email at the same time. After pandemic all wfh employee are required to work on site and since Ive been transferred to Makati site I have to work there but I cant see myself working in Manila because I used to work here in the province convenience way of living.
