To start, I am an HR Professional with almost 5 years experience in various industries such as Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Automotive, and Service Providers. I am skilled and well versed in all aspects of human resource such as end to end recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee engagement and retention. In my recent experience, I got the opportunity to specialize in recruitment specifically for the European market. This allowed me to gain specific skills and perspective that are more designed to cater to the needs and expectations of different people with different work dynamics.

Every now and then, I accept freelance work on weekends to do corporate team building where in I conduct training needs analysis, create a specific training program for my client, and supplement with post training evaluations and analysis. I hope this gives the team a little bit of insight to my character.
