About Me

I have valuable work experience in the Customer Services field, and currently work in a temporary capacity at the Bank of Nova Scotia as a Customer Services Officer. My present job responsibilities involve that of contributing to the overall success of the Bank by means of meeting negotiated goals through the identification and satisfaction of customer needs. I often exceed such assigned targets resulting in the surpassing of my referral goals; I have gained vast knowledge of efficiency in customer service, financial procedures and administrative duties. This position has attributed to my deadline driven attitude, my confidence and my adaptability to change as well as enhance my eye for detail. I boast of a positive attitude and I have a desire to excel in everything I pursue.
