Hi, Im Michelle, 25 years old and from Baliuag, Bulacan. I graduated at Bulacan State University Bustos Campus with Bachelors Degree of Information technology. I am currently working as a senior analyst and acting as a subject matter expert. Being a SME, I am responsible on assisting our agents on their calls by providing my knowledge and other troubleshooting steps to further assist the user. If a ticket needs to be escalated to 2nd level of support, SME and Leads are checking if all the possible troubleshooting are done before routing it to prevent escalations. Lastly, on a weekly basis, I am presenting the overall performance of our team to the management to help them analyze and provide action plan to improve our performance.
