Hi, my name is Miguel Jayson A. Fontanilla, you can call me Jayson I believe I have a strong background in Customer Service and Inbound sales. I started working in various BPO company in the Philippines since 2008 where I handled Customer Service and Sales. I worked with T-mobile USA for 3 years where I specialized in handling customer complaints, billing issues, technical issues and Inbound product selling. Working with T-mobile became my foundation in providing great customer service and the experience to be excellent and professional. I’ve also work with Time Warner Cable for almost 2 years where I had most my experience in Inbound Sales for TV, Internet and Phone Service. I’m also multi – skill for voice/ chat support. Now I’m looking to take my career to the next level and build a long term career that lets me focus on professional growth.
