About Me
I am a bilingual German translator, Linguist and University teacher. Although my country of residence is Serbia, I was born in a German speaking canton in Switzerland, therefore I am native in both German and Serbian.
I graduated German language and literature with English being my second language in 2014 at the Faculty of Philology and Arts, University in Serbia. After I got my masters degree with a thesis on the topic of translation techniques, I have been working on my doctoral thesis.
I have also been working as a Lecturer, teaching German language and Translation techniques at the University and as a Translator for many agencies, where I have gained a lot of experience in different subjects and translation fields over the past ten years.
Given the diversity of projects I have learnt to be creative in the literary translation process, but I am also precise and know how to localize content and how to use CAT tools and subtitling tools.
