Minahil Haroon

I hold a Bachelors degree in Defense and Diplomatic Studies from Fatima Jinnah Womens University. My professional journey began as a teacher at Allied School, Central Campus, where I developed strong skills in communication, leadership, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Following this, I served as an administrator at Silver Oaks Schools and College from February 2022 to June 2023, gaining hands on experience in educational management and operations.

From August 2023 to August 2024, I continued my passion for education as a teacher at Siddeeq Public School, before transitioning into the telecom industry as a Customer Care Executive at PTCL, Premium Level, where I currently leverage my customer service skills to deliver exceptional experiences.

My diverse background allows me to combine educational expertise, administrative experience, and customer care knowledge to provide a well rounded approach to problem solving, client management and effective communication.
