About Me
Hi, my name is Mary Joy Cabugnason, currently working as a level 2 technician/admin support. I have 4 years experience in BPO industry. I received calls from customer who needs help regarding their computer. I also take calls and sell services. I helped admin also in submitting or processing AT&T orders, as well as updating customer's record.
As a level 2 technician, I remote customer's computer and support any Windows computer like installation of any compatible software, PC optimization, troubleshooting, etc. I have good typing skills with guaranteed accuracy. I am expert in Microsoft Office application especially word, excel, powerpoint, publisher, and outlook. Also, I am good at google docs, drive, calendar, and google plus. I had several experience working as web researcher, virtual assistant, and typist in upwork formerly Odesk, as a part time.
